This Privacy Policy explains how The Hunt (“The Hunt,” “we,”“us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects informationwhen you use our website, mobile application, mobile features, creator tools,customizer tools, sponsor tools, subscriptions, location-based experiences,QR-code features, sponsor discovery pages, offer features, augmented-realityfeatures, reporting and moderation tools, customer support, and relatedservices (collectively, the “Services”).

 

The Hunt is a location-based game and scavenger-huntplatform that allows users to participate in Hunts, visit physical locations,scan QR codes, redeem offers, and, where available, create, edit, publish,share, customize, sponsor, or submit their own Hunts, locations, QR-coderecords, discovery pages, offers, and related content. Because location-basedgameplay, creator content, sponsor content, QR-code interactions, andreal-world locations are central to the Services, this Privacy Policy explainsour location, creator-content, sponsor-content, moderation, reporting, and datapractices in detail.

 

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your informationwill be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree withthis Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

 

The Services are intended for users who are at least 13years old.

 

We do not knowingly collect personal information fromchildren under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personalinformation from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent, wewill take reasonable steps to delete that information and terminate or restrictthe associated account.

 

Users who are at least 13 but under the age of majority intheir jurisdiction may use the Services only with the consent and supervisionof a parent or legal guardian. Paid features, subscriptions, creator tools,customizer tools, sponsor tools, and certain age-restricted features mayrequire additional consent from a parent or legal guardian.

 

The Services are not directed to children under 13 and arenot intended to be submitted as an app primarily directed to children unless weseparately update our practices, app-store declarations, and this PrivacyPolicy.

 

The Services may use declared age, age category, date ofbirth, account information, app-store information, or other availableinformation to determine whether a user may access certain features, Hunts,creator content, sponsor content, offers, QR-code records, locations, orage-restricted experiences. The Hunt currently may use age categories such as13+, 18+, and 21+.

 

Certain Hunts or content may be labeled General or Mature.We may collect and use content labels, age categories, access settings, andrelated eligibility information to help restrict access, support safety, complywith app-store requirements, and enforce our Terms of Use and contentguidelines.

 

3. Information We Collect

 

We collect information in the following categories.

 

a. Account and Profile Information

 

When you create an account, sign in, subscribe, participatein a Hunt, use creator features, use sponsor features, use customizer features,submit content, or contact us, we may collect:

 

* Name

* Email address

* Username

* Password or authentication credentials, if applicable

* Date of birth or age-related information used to verifyeligibility

* Declared age category, such as 13+, 18+, or 21+

* General/Mature content access settings or eligibilityindicators

* Profile information you choose to provide

* Account settings and preferences

* Subscription, entitlement, player-pack, or premium-accessstatus

* Terms, Privacy Policy, Creator Access Guidelines, SponsorGuidelines, Customizer Guidelines, Public Creator Publishing Guidelines, orcontent-guideline acceptance records, including timestamp and version accepted

* Report, appeal, blocking, moderation, or enforcementstatus associated with your account

 

We may also receive limited account information if you signin using an authentication provider, such as Apple, Google, or anothersupported login method. The information we receive depends on your settingswith that provider and the permissions you grant.

 

b. Location Information

 

The Hunt is a location-based experience. When youparticipate in an active Hunt or use features that require locationverification, we may collect precise or approximate location information fromyour device.

 

We use location information to:

 

* Enable location-based gameplay

* Confirm that you have arrived at a Hunt checkpoint orparticipating location

* Support QR-code check-ins and offer validation

* Help prevent fraud, misuse, or false visit reporting

* Provide directions or location-based app functionality

* Support operational analytics, such as aggregated visitand completion metrics

* Support safety, content review, moderation, app-storecompliance, and troubleshooting

 

We do not collect precise location continuously in thebackground. Location information is intended to be collected only when you areactively using location-based features, participating in an active Hunt,checking in, scanning a QR code, validating arrival, using creator or sponsorlocation features, or using another feature that reasonably requires locationaccess.

 

You can control location permissions through your devicesettings. If you disable location access, certain location-based features maynot work properly or may be unavailable.

 

c. Gameplay, Hunt, and Activity Data

 

When you use the Services, we may collect information aboutyour gameplay and activity, including:

 

* Hunts viewed, started, joined, abandoned, or completed

* Checkpoints visited

* QR codes scanned

* Answers submitted

* Hints used

* Time stamps and visit sequence

* Scores, achievements, badges, leaderboard activity, andprogress

* Team participation and player status

* Hunt invitations, shared links, Add-Hunt QR access, andteam access events

* Offer views, redemptions, attempted redemptions, oreligibility events

* Sponsor discovery page views, QR-code interactions, offerinteractions, and sponsor-location activity

* Content labels, age restrictions, and access-controldecisions

* Reports submitted, reports received, blocked users,blocked creators, moderation status, and related safety events

* Device events related to active gameplay

* Errors, failed scans, incomplete Hunts, andsupport-related activity

 

This information helps us operate the game, maintainfairness, detect misuse, improve Hunt design, support partner and sponsorreporting, validate sponsor visits, support billing and reconciliation, andtroubleshoot user issues.

 

d. Creator, Customizer, Sponsor, and User-Generated Content

 

If you use creator tools, customizer tools, sponsor tools,premium features, or other user-generated-content features, we may collectcontent and information you create, upload, submit, edit, publish, share,sponsor, customize, or make available through the Services, including:

 

* Hunt titles, descriptions, themes, storylines, clues,puzzles, answers, hints, and checkpoint information

* Custom locations, addresses, business names, venue names,map points, route information, and discovery points

* Images, audio, text, video, links, QR-code content,augmented-reality content, or other media you upload, generate, or submit

* Draft Hunts, unpublished Hunts, private Hunts, sharedHunts, submitted Hunts, published Hunts, and edit history

* Share links, Add-Hunt QR codes, invite records, creatorsettings, publication settings, and access settings

* General/Mature content labels, 13+/18+/21+ agerestrictions, content warnings, and related access-control settings

* Rights certifications, safety certifications, locationcertifications, guideline acceptance records, and related timestamps

* Sponsor business profiles, sponsor location records,QR-code records, discovery pages, offers, redemption instructions, sponsorimages, logos, business descriptions, hours, age restrictions, links, andstaff-facing notes

* Reports, appeals, moderation notes, review status,enforcement status, admin actions, and related content snapshots or records

* Communications or notes submitted through creator-support,sponsor-support, reporting, appeal, or moderation workflows

 

Depending on your settings and how you use the Services,creator content, customizer content, sponsor content, or other user-generatedcontent may be private, shared with invited players, accessible through a QRcode or link, visible to a team, reviewed by The Hunt, reviewed by serviceproviders, available to sponsors or territory managers where appropriate, orpublicly available within the Services.

 

Private content is not confidential from The Hunt. We mayaccess, store, review, process, moderate, preserve, and use private Hunts,sponsor records, QR-code records, discovery pages, reports, and related contentas needed to operate the Services, provide support, enforce our Terms of Use,investigate reports, comply with law, comply with app-store requirements,prevent abuse, improve the platform, and protect users, partners, sponsors,locations, and The Hunt.

 

If you publish, submit, sponsor, or share a Hunt or relatedcontent, other users may be able to see the Hunt content, location information,creator name or username, sponsor name, sponsor location, offer information,QR-code content, discovery page content, and related details you makeavailable.

 

You should not include sensitive personal information aboutyourself or others in Hunt content, sponsor content, discovery pages, clues,hints, images, audio, QR-code content, or other submitted materials unless youhave the right and consent to do so.

 

e. Camera, QR Code, and Augmented-Reality Features

 

The Services may request access to your device camera toscan QR codes, support augmented-reality gameplay, enable creator or sponsorfeatures, or support related app functionality.

 

Camera access is used to support the feature you are using.We do not use your camera to identify you or record video for unrelatedpurposes. Unless a feature expressly allows you to upload or submit a photo,image, video, or other media file, camera input is generally processed toenable the applicable QR-code, augmented-reality, or gameplay function.

 

If you upload images, videos, or other media as part ofcreator tools, customizer tools, sponsor tools, support requests, reporting,appeals, or other app features, we may collect and store that content asdescribed in this Privacy Policy.

 

f. Payment, Subscription, and Purchase Information

 

If you purchase a subscription, player pack, premium access,creator access, additional activation, or other paid feature through the AppleApp Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider, the paymenttransaction is processed by that app store or payment provider.

 

We do not receive your full credit card number or fullpayment-card details from Apple or Google. We may receive information necessaryto confirm and manage your purchase, such as:

 

* Product purchased

* Subscription status

* Renewal, cancellation, or expiration status

* Transaction identifiers

* App-store receipt or entitlement information

* Approximate purchase date and account association

* Refund, chargeback, or purchase-support status, whereapplicable

 

This information is used to provide paid features, managesubscriptions, prevent fraud, provide support, validate entitlements, enforcepurchase terms, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and app-storerequirements.

 

g. Communications and Support Information

 

If you contact us, respond to surveys, submit feedback,report a problem, request support, submit a content report, submit an appeal,send a copyright notice, request sponsor support, or communicate with us inanother way, we may collect:

 

* Name and contact information

* The content of your message

* Screenshots, attachments, or diagnostic information youprovide

* Support history and resolution notes

* Report, appeal, safety, moderation, or enforcement notes

* Related account, Hunt, QR-code, location, sponsor, orcontent identifiers

 

We use this information to respond to you, improve theServices, investigate issues, enforce our Terms of Use, maintain safety andintegrity, and preserve appropriate business records.

 

h. Device, Technical, Diagnostic, and Usage Information

 

We and our service providers may automatically collecttechnical and usage information, including:

 

* IP address

* Device type, model, and operating system

* App version

* Browser type and version

* Language settings

* General region inferred from IP address

* Device identifiers or app-instance identifiers

* Crash logs

* Performance data

* Diagnostic events

* Feature usage and interaction data

* Security, fraud-prevention, and authentication logs

* Moderation, reporting, blocking, and abuse-prevention logs

* App-install, launch, and session information

 

We use this information to operate, secure, debug, analyze,moderate, and improve the Services.

 

i. Cookies and Website Technologies

 

Our website may use cookies, pixels, local storage,analytics tools, and similar technologies to:

 

* Enable website functionality

* Remember preferences

* Analyze site traffic and performance

* Improve website content and user experience

* Support security and fraud prevention

j. Reports, Appeals, Blocking, and Moderation Data

 

If you report content, appeal a moderation decision, blockanother user or creator, receive a report, are the subject of a moderationreview, or otherwise interact with our safety or moderation tools, we maycollect and process information related to that activity, including:

 

* Reporting user ID and reported user or creator ID

* Hunt ID, content ID, QR-code record, sponsor record,location record, or other affected record

* Report reason, description, screenshots, attachments, andsupporting details

* Report date, review date, status, resolution, and adminnotes

* Content snapshots, edit history, deleted content, disabledcontent, or archived content related to the report

* Blocking status, invite restrictions, access restrictions,or other safety settings

* Appeal messages, review requests, and resolution records

* Related communications with users, creators, sponsors,locations, rights owners, app stores, service providers, or legal authorities

 

We use this information to investigate reports, enforce ourTerms of Use, protect users and third parties, prevent abuse, maintainapp-store compliance, resolve disputes, preserve evidence, and improve safetyand moderation systems.

 

4. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

 

Unless we specifically tell you otherwise in connection witha particular feature, we do not intentionally collect:

 

* Government identification numbers

* Full payment-card numbers

* Health or medical information

* Biometric identifiers

* Contacts from your address book

* SMS or call logs

* Precise background location when you are not activelyusing location-based features

* Microphone recordings unrelated to a user-selectedrecording, upload, or creator feature

* Photos or videos from your device library unless youchoose to upload or submit them

 

If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policyand any required app-store disclosures.

 

Users, creators, sponsors, or other third parties may chooseto include personal information, images, names, locations, or other informationabout themselves or others in user-generated content, creator content,customizer content, sponsor content, reports, appeals, or support requests. Wedo not request that users include sensitive personal information in thosematerials, and users are responsible for ensuring they have the right andconsent to submit any personal information they include.

 

5. How We Use Information

 

We use the information we collect to:

 

* Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services

* Create and manage user accounts

* Enable Hunts, teams, checkpoints, QR scans, AR features,and gameplay

* Verify arrival at participating locations

* Validate visits, offers, and redemptions

* Provide creator tools, customizer tools, sponsor tools,Hunt editing, Hunt publishing, and sharing features

* Manage subscriptions, entitlements, premium access,creator access, and player packs

* Apply General/Mature labels, age categories, accessrestrictions, and content warnings

* Support reporting, blocking, appeals, moderation, contentreview, safety review, and enforcement workflows

* Review, scan, classify, flag, restrict, remove, preserve,or archive content that may violate our Terms of Use, guidelines, app-storerequirements, or applicable law

* Notify administrators of sponsor updates, offer changes,QR-code changes, reports, safety issues, or moderation events

* Provide creator, sponsor, territory-manager, orpublic-Hunt reporting where appropriate

* Personalize and improve the user experience

* Provide customer support

* Send service-related communications

* Send optional marketing communications where permitted

* Analyze usage, performance, and engagement

* Generate aggregated or de-identified reporting forparticipating partners, sponsors, and locations

* Validate sponsor visits, support sponsor billing, and helpprevent false visit reporting

* Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, cheating, abuse,security incidents, and misuse

* Preserve moderation, safety, legal, app-store, anddispute-resolution records

* Enforce our Terms of Use, policies, contracts, and legalrights

* Comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, andapp-store obligations

 

We do not use precise location data to track users outsideactive use of the Services.

 

6. AI-Assisted Features

 

The Services may include AI-assisted features that helpgenerate, edit, summarize, narrate, translate, review, moderate, or improveHunt content, clues, stories, puzzles, descriptions, images, audio, or relatedmaterials.

 

When you use AI-assisted features, we may process theprompts, instructions, uploaded materials, draft Hunt content, and relatedcontext you provide in order to generate or improve the requested output. Thisinformation may be processed by third-party AI service providers acting on ourbehalf.

 

You should not submit sensitive personal information,confidential information, or information about others into AI-assisted featuresunless you have the right to do so and want that information processed for therequested feature.

 

AI-generated content may be reviewed, stored, or logged toprovide the feature, improve quality, prevent misuse, enforce policies,troubleshoot errors, and comply with applicable law.

 

If we use automated or AI-assisted tools to help review,classify, moderate, or flag user-generated content, creator content, sponsorcontent, QR-code content, images, audio, text, links, prompts, or reports,those tools may process the content and related metadata to identify potentialsafety issues, policy violations, intellectual-property concerns, age-ratingissues, inappropriate content, spam, fraud, abuse, or other prohibitedactivity. Automated review may not be perfect, and The Hunt may use human review,automated review, or both.

 

7. How We Share Information

 

We may share information in the following circumstances.

 

a. Service Providers

 

We may share information with vendors, processors,contractors, and service providers that perform services for us, such as:

 

* Cloud hosting and database providers

* Authentication providers

* Analytics and performance monitoring providers

* Crash reporting and diagnostics providers

* Subscription and entitlement management providers

* Email and communication providers

* Customer support tools

* Mapping, location, and QR-code functionality providers

* AI service providers

* Content moderation providers

* Image, text, audio, video, link, QR-code, andsafety-scanning providers

* Age-gating, trust-and-safety, reporting, blocking, andabuse-prevention providers

* Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-detection providers

* Professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, andconsultants

 

These service providers are permitted to process informationonly as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law, andthey are expected to protect information appropriately.

 

b. App Stores and Payment Providers

 

If you make purchases through the Apple App Store, GooglePlay, or another authorized payment provider, your purchase is subject to thatprovider’s privacy policy and payment terms. We receive limited purchase andentitlement information needed to provide and manage paid features.

 

c. Participating Retailers, Sponsors, Venues, and LocationPartners

 

The Hunt may work with retailers, sponsors, venues,advertisers, municipalities, organizations, territory managers, and otherparticipating location partners.

 

We may provide partners with aggregated, de-identified, oroperational reporting, such as:

 

* Total visits

* QR scans

* Offer views or redemptions

* Completion rates

* Time-based engagement metrics

* General performance trends

* Hunt-level or location-level activity insights

* Sponsor-location activity insights

* Fraud-prevention, validation, or billing-supportinformation

 

If you interact with a sponsor discovery page, scan asponsor QR code, redeem or attempt to redeem an offer, or participate in a Huntinvolving a sponsor or location partner, we may use related operational data tovalidate visits, confirm offer eligibility, prevent fraud, provide aggregatedor de-identified reporting, support sponsor billing, troubleshoot issues, andimprove sponsor experiences.

 

We do not provide retail or location partners with yourname, email address, precise individual location history, or otheridentity-level personal information for their independent marketing use unlessyou expressly choose to provide that information or direct us to share it.

 

For example, if you choose to redeem an offer, sign up witha participating business, submit information directly to a partner, scan athird-party QR code, visit a third-party website, or otherwise interact with apartner outside The Hunt, that partner may collect information from you underits own privacy policy.

 

d. Other Users and the Public

 

Certain information may be visible to other users dependingon how you use the Services, including:

 

* Username or profile information

* Team participation

* Hunt invitations, shared access, or team status

* Leaderboard information

* Scores, badges, achievements, or completion status

* Published Hunt content

* Creator name or username

* Sponsor name, sponsor location, sponsor discovery pagecontent, or sponsor offer content

* Shared Hunt links, Add-Hunt QR codes, QR-code records, orinvite links

* General/Mature labels, age restrictions, content warnings,or publication settings associated with content you create or share

* Content you choose to publish, submit, sponsor, customize,or share

 

You should use care when deciding what information toinclude in your profile, creator content, Hunt content, sponsor content,discovery pages, reports, or shared materials.

 

e. User-Directed Sharing

 

You may choose to share content from the Services throughsocial media, messaging apps, email, QR codes, links, or other third-partyservices. When you choose to share information with a third party, that thirdparty’s privacy policy applies to its handling of the information.

 

f. Legal, Safety, and Security Reasons

 

We may disclose information if we believe disclosure isreasonably necessary to:

 

* Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, courtorder, legal process, or government request

* Protect the rights, property, or safety of The Hunt,users, partners, sponsors, locations, or others

* Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, cheating,security incidents, unsafe activity, policy violations, or technical issues

* Enforce our Terms of Use, policies, contracts, and legalrights

* Investigate reports, appeals, copyright complaints,location complaints, sponsor complaints, or safety concerns

* Respond to emergencies or protect public safety

* Communicate with app stores, service providers, rightsholders, property owners, sponsors, or law enforcement where appropriate

 

g. Business Transfers

 

If The Hunt is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing,reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, change of control, or similarbusiness transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part ofthat transaction, subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.

 

8. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

 

The Hunt does not sell personal information for money.

 

We do not rent, sell, or trade names, email addresses,precise location history, or other identity-level personal information toretail partners, sponsors, data brokers, or other third parties for theirindependent marketing purposes.

 

We also do not knowingly sell or share personal informationof users under 16 years of age.

 

If we introduce advertising, cross-context behavioraladvertising, third-party tracking, or data practices that may be considered a“sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under applicable privacy laws, wewill update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required notice,consent, or opt-out rights.

 

9. Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics

 

We may use analytics and diagnostics tools to understand howthe Services are used, measure performance, identify errors, improve theproduct, detect abuse, and support operational reporting.

 

We do not currently use precise location data forthird-party behavioral advertising.

 

If we use device identifiers, advertising identifiers,cookies, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies for advertising, attribution, ortracking that requires consent, we will request consent where required by lawor platform rules.

 

You may be able to limit tracking or advertising identifiersthrough your device settings, browser settings, app permissions, oroperating-system privacy controls.

 

10. Push Notifications and Communications

 

If you enable push notifications, we may send youservice-related notifications, Hunt reminders, gameplay updates, accountnotices, safety notices, sponsor updates, offer updates, creator activityupdates, moderation notices, or other app-related messages.

 

We may send marketing or promotional push notifications onlywhere permitted and, where required, with your consent. You can disable pushnotifications through your device settings.

 

We may also send account, transactional, security,subscription, reporting, moderation, appeal, sponsor, and support-relatedemails. These communications are not promotional and may be necessary toprovide the Services.

 

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using theunsubscribe link in the email or contacting us.

 

11. Data Retention

 

We retain personal information for as long as reasonablynecessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in thisPrivacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforceagreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.

 

General retention practices include:

 

* Account information is retained while your account isactive and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, security,support, backup, fraud-prevention, and operational purposes.

* Creator content is retained while it remains in youraccount, draft Hunts, private Hunts, published Hunts, shared Hunts, submittedHunts, or backups, unless deleted or removed according to our policies.

* Gameplay records, QR scans, visit verification events, andoffer validation records may be retained as needed to support gameplay history,partner reporting, sponsor reporting, billing reconciliation, fraud prevention,analytics, and dispute resolution.

* Precise location records are retained only as long asreasonably necessary for gameplay, visit verification, security, fraudprevention, analytics, legal compliance, and operational purposes, after whichthey may be deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.

* Reports, appeals, blocked-user records, moderationrecords, enforcement records, content snapshots, and admin review notes may beretained as needed for safety, legal compliance, app-store compliance, disputeresolution, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, enforcement of our Terms ofUse, and protection of users, partners, sponsors, locations, and The Hunt.

* Sponsor records, QR-code records, discovery pages, offers,sponsor edits, location records, and related administrative history may beretained as needed to operate sponsor features, validate visits, supportbilling, provide reporting, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply withlegal or business obligations.

* Terms, Privacy Policy, Creator Access Guidelines, SponsorGuidelines, Customizer Guidelines, Public Creator Publishing Guidelines, andcontent-guideline acceptance records may be retained as needed to demonstrateconsent, enforce our Terms of Use, resolve disputes, and comply with legal,app-store, and business obligations.

* Support communications are retained as needed to respondto your request and maintain business records.

* Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained longerbecause it does not reasonably identify an individual.

 

When we delete information, it may take additional time toremove it from backups and archival systems. We may retain certain informationwhere required or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention,tax, accounting, legal claims, app-store compliance, moderation, reporting,safety, and legitimate business records.

 

Deleting, unpublishing, disabling, or removing a Hunt,creator record, sponsor record, QR-code record, discovery page, offer, report,or account may not immediately remove all related information from backups,archives, moderation systems, legal records, app-store compliance records,analytics, reports, screenshots, admin records, or records of users whopreviously accessed the content. We may retain information where reasonablynecessary or permitted by law for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance,dispute resolution, app-store compliance, accounting, tax, business operations,and enforcement of our Terms of Use.

 

12. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

 

If you have an account, you may request deletion of youraccount and associated personal information.

 

You may submit a deletion request by:

 

* Using the account deletion feature inside the app, ifavailable; or

* Contacting us at hq@jointhehunt.io

 

We may need to verify your identity before completing adeletion request.

 

Deleting your account may permanently remove access to yourprofile, gameplay history, creator tools, draft Hunts, published Hunts, privateHunts, premium features, sponsor tools, customizer tools, and otheraccount-based features. Some information may be retained where required orpermitted by law, such as records needed for security, fraud prevention,dispute resolution, legal compliance, transaction records, tax or accountingobligations, app-store compliance, moderation records, safety records, or enforcementof our Terms of Use.

 

If you created, published, sponsored, shared, customized, orparticipated in a Hunt, deleting your account may not remove all related Huntrecords, gameplay records, team records, sponsor records, QR-code records,reports, moderation records, location records, analytics, transaction records,or content already viewed, shared, archived, reported, or preserved forlegitimate business, legal, safety, app-store, or dispute-resolution purposes.

 

If you purchased a subscription through Apple or Google,deleting your account may not automatically cancel your app-store subscription.You should also manage or cancel subscriptions through the applicable app-storeaccount settings.

 

13. Your Privacy Choices

 

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may havethe right to:

 

* Access personal information we hold about you

* Request correction of inaccurate information

* Request deletion of personal information

* Request a copy of certain information

* Object to or restrict certain processing
